NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS

BANNER FABRICATION, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL AND STORAGE SERVICES
RFP #18-29
Brief Description: The selected Contractor will be able to provide banner fabrication, installation, removal, and storage services for various banner campaigns and other banner services that may be requested by the City, both in localized areas and on a potentially Citywide scale.
Question Deadline: April 23, 2018 @ 4:30 p.m. PST
Proposal Due Date: May 3, 2018 @ 2:00 p.m. PST and mail or deliver to:

- Sealed Bids will be received at all times during normal business hours prior to the Bid Opening.
- All bids must be in writing and must contain an original signature by an authorized officer of the firm. Electronic bids (i.e., telephonic, FAX, etc.) are NOT acceptable.
All bids shall clearly contain on the outside of the sealed envelope in which they are submitted:
