The Community Preservation division responds to property maintenance inquiries and complaints relating to the following:
- Insufficient landscaping
- Excessive vegetation growth
- Dead vegetation
- Accumulation of trash and debris
- Storage of junk
- Unsanitary conditions
- Substandard building conditions

Complaints are investigated with appropriate enforcement action to resolve detected violations and obtain compliance. This is to assure that properties and buildings are kept in a safe, clean, orderly, sanitary, and aesthetic condition consistent with the City's Municipal Code Section requirements.
