Beverly Hills homeowners who improve their home’s comfort and efficiency are eligible to receive up to $8,000 in rebates and incentives.  The program, Energy Upgrade California, is sponsored locally by the Westside Cities Council of Government’s (WCCOG) Energize the Westside campaign.
