• • Your Client ID and PIN (password). Click here to obtain a Customer ID and PIN.
  • Your credit card number and expiration date.
  • It will be necessary to agree to our liability waiver at the end of your transaction. To preview this waiver, click here.
  • Forgot your Client ID & PIN (password)? Click HERE to request them.

2.  Fax Registration:

• Click here to download a printable registration form.
• We accept all major credit cards.
  Do not fax cash, checks or money orders.
• Fill in class and credit card information, sign,
  and fax registration form to: 310.274.9571

3.  Mail-in Registration:

• Please make check payable to City of Beverly Hills.
  Do not send cash.
• Fill in class and payment information, sign, and mail the form and payment to:
