   • Your Client ID and PIN (password).
     Click here to obtain a Customer ID and PIN.
   • Your credit card number and expiration date.
   • It will be necessary to agree to our liability waiver at the
     end of your transaction. To preview this waiver, click here.
   • Forgot your Client ID & PIN (password)?
     Click here to request them.

2. Touch Tone Registration:

   To use this system you will need the following:

   • Your Client ID # (the account holder's ID #)
   • Your Family PIN #
   • The Client ID # of the Person wishing to enroll in a course
   • Course number
   • Credit card number and expiration date

     Do not fax cash, checks or money orders.
   • Fill in class and credit card information, sign,
     and fax registration form to: 310.551.4179

4. Mail-in Registration:

   • Please make check payable to City of Beverly Hills.
     Do not send cash.
   • Fill in class and payment information, sign, and mail the form and payment to:
