How to apply for a selling space at the Beverly Hills Farmers’ Market
FARMERS: All products must be grown in California. We only consider vendors who are PRODUCERS of the agricultural products (fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, honey, cut flowers, beef, poultry, eggs and dairy) they wish to sell. Additionally, the PRODUCER must be certified by the California Department of Food and Agriculture and have a current Certified Producers Certificate (CPC).
Farmers pay 6% of his/her sales in stall fees.

PREPARED FOOD: Prepared and processed foods are accepted into the market. Prepared foods include foods prepared on site for consumption such as tamales, popcorn, tacos, chicken, crepes, etc. Processed foods are prepared off site and are typically packaged and brought to the market for sale. These foods include breads, granola, coffee beans, oils, vinegars, soap, fresh squeezed juice, etc. Additionally, processed foods must be prepared in a commercial kitchen. Each vendor must supply a copy of the appropriate business license and health permit once accepted into the market.
Prepared food vendors pay 10% of his/her gross sales in stall fees.

FARMERS’MARKET ANNEX: The Beverly Hills Farmer’s Market Annex is a Market-adjacent circumscribed area in which certain types of non-agricultural products may be sold or offered for sale. The exclusive purpose of the Market Annex is to provide a venue for limited commercial activity by community groups and local businesses. A Community Group is defined as an unincorporated association that (i) has premises within the City of Beverly Hills (ii) has as a primary purpose the provision of charitable, educational or social services to Beverly Hills residents (iii) A corporation organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law that (i) has premises within the City of Beverly Hills and (ii) has a primary purpose the support of a facility owned by the City. A Local Business is defined as a corporation that (i) is organized under the General Corporation Law (ii) has premises within the City of Beverly Hills (iii) is subject to the business tax of the City of Beverly Hills.
